A Fan saw Eion at Disneyland in Anaheim (FL), where both stayed at the same Hotel and as the Fan tweeted, Eion talked to her kid and was really nice to them. Sadly there are no Pictures included nor do I know if this is recent, but check out the tweets below.

Many Fans loved the experience of meeting Eion at the Wales Comic Con, I wrote about an Artist giving Eion an awesome drawing of himself at the WCC yesterday, today I’ll write about an inspiring little boy called Leon.

Leon was born in 2013 with 29 weeks and 3 days earlier, making him almost 11 weeks premature. He was born with Cerebral Palsy. Walking is a distant goal, but it is possible. There is a surgery called SDR (Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy) which will help Leon to walk and he will have this surgery in October this year. There is a Fundraiser, where you can donate to pay for his surgery, the needed equipment and ongoing physio.

His proud mom shared on Twitter that Eion has been the only Guest on the Convention, that went down to Leon and talked to him on the same level, making the little boy a very happy little boy – you can find the tweet below. She also wrote about meeting Eion on the first day of the Convention: “Eion Bailey was totally up for a wristband #selfie4leon! When I explained about our raising awareness he gave me the biggest hug and I was so shocked I was still talking in his ear. Another kind and thoughtful man, he kept our leaflet and said he’d look up our Facebook page. When we introduced him to Leon the next day, he came right over and got close so Leon could see him and started showing him these sketches that an artist did of his kids! Leon loved it, he was totally engaged in the conversation. He was the only guest during the weekend that tried to talk with Leon and it meant a lot to me! Xx”

This proves to me, that Eion loves his Fans and children. The Story is really touching and if you want to find out more about Leon and his Story you can do so on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. If you’d like to donate for Leons surgery, please feel free to check out the Fundraising.

The very talented artist Megan met Eion at the Wales Comic Convention this past weekend and gave Eion a gorgeous drawing of himself.

I asked her what Eion said about the drawing and she replied:

The first thing he said was that he’d saw this on his social media the night before which surprised me, he loved it. I had to argue with him for him to take the original copy as I had a photocopy for him to sign for me, but he kept wanting to swap. But I refused as the drawing was for him so he should have the original and as a thank you he allowed me to have photos with him which was so sweet. Honestly one of my favourite meet and greets x

I totally love the drawing and I love the Fact that Eion actually saw the drawing the night before! Keep up the great work Megan! Thank you for sharing your story 🙂

The ‘Once Upon A Time’ Q&A will be tomorrow on 1:30 pm in Hall B and Eions Photo OP will be at 11:55am Hall B too. I’m not sure if he will attend the Q&A. If you are going, I hope you have a lot of fun.

Eion is listed on as 1 of 11 ‘Emergency Room’ Characters Who Deserve Way More Love. Eion played ‘Jake Scanlon’ in the TV hit show ER: Emergency Room between 2004 and 2005.

Jake Scanlon (Eion Bailey) only appeared in 10 episodes of E.R., which is a shame. A med student who got cuddly with Abby, Jake had the potential to be a major heartthrob for the show. It’s too bad that never happened, but at least we can all look back now and give him the appreciation he (and his scruff) deserved.

If nothing else, all of these characters deserve to have been stars of some highly popular fan fiction.
